All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Live Store Inventory
Our online orders ship directly from the live inventory available in our store. Because our physical store and online shop share inventory, product availability may change throughout the week.
Our online inventory is updated weekly. In rare cases, an item may sell out in-store before the online inventory has been updated. If an item from your order is unavailable, our team will contact you regarding your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping transit time begins after the 5–10 business-day processing period and varies depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
